Installation of fire and security systems throughout Suffolk
Once a quotation has been accepted, the following processes are followed.
- Submit Risk assessments and Method statements where required.
- Agree a start date for works to commence.
- Proceed with the installation on the agreed date.
- Ensure that minimum disruption is caused throughout the installation phase.
- Provide regular updates to interested parties, informing of progress made.
- Advise of any complications if necessary.
- Upon completion of the installation, the systems will be programmed, and a full system test will be conducted.
- User training will be performed.
- All relevant paperwork will be produced and a Handover will be completed.
- User manuals, system log books, and an ‘As fitted Document’ will be written up and provided, to be kept on site for future reference.
- 12 months warranty is given from the date of completion.
- Works will be invoiced, payment due within 28 days from date of invoice.
- Ongoing support for all of our contracted customers.
