Installation of fire and security systems throughout Suffolk

Once a quotation has been accepted, the following processes are followed.

  1. Submit Risk assessments and Method statements where required.
  2. Agree a start date for works to commence.
  3. Proceed with the installation on the agreed date.
  4. Ensure that minimum disruption is caused throughout the installation phase.
  5. Provide regular updates to interested parties, informing of progress made.
  6. Advise of any complications if necessary.
  7. Upon completion of the installation, the systems will be programmed, and a full system test will be conducted.
  8. User training will be performed.
  9. All relevant paperwork will be produced and a Handover will be completed.
  10. User manuals, system log books, and an ‘As fitted Document’ will be written up and provided, to be kept on site for future reference.
  11. 12 months warranty is given from the date of completion.
  12. Works will be invoiced, payment due within 28 days from date of invoice.
  13. Ongoing support for all of our contracted customers.
