Contracted Customers – 24/7 Callout in an Emergency
We provide a 24/7 Callout service for emergencies to all of our contracted customers.
If you have an issue with your fire or security system, you can contact us 24/7 365 days a year. The emergency breakdown telephone is always manned by an engineer.
We aim to respond to any 24/7 callout emergency within 4 hours.
Having over 20 years of experience in the industry, we are normally able to either completely fix, or temporarily isolate the issue over the phone. If we cannot remedy over the phone we will then attend site, night or day.
We carry a large selection of stock on our vans. We can generally repair most 24/7 callout issues on the 1st visit. If this is not possible we can source most parts on a next day delivery basis so your system is up and running as soon as possible.
Do you have a problem that is not urgent but would like a visit? You can either call, email, or fill out the contact us form to book a non-emergency visit.
We provide non-emergency callout to both contracted and non-contracted customers.
We will always prioritize existing customers. Existing customers also receive reduced rates on callout fees and parts.
Non Contracted Customers – Non-Emergency Only
We only provide a non emergency callout service for non contracted customers.
Attendance times are dependent upon existing schedules, so we do not guarantee a response time. These visits must be booked in via our online calendar
It is best to call us on 01449 516336 between 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday to provide as much information regarding your issue. We can then advise whether we are able to help. A visit can then be booked.
We will need the following information:
1. Existing / previous installation / maintenance company
2. System type and equipment manufacturer. If you do not know this information you can send a picture of the control equipment via Whatsapp where we will be able to advise.
We are SSAIB accredited. We will always attempt to repair an existing system where possible, unless it is beyond repair, or you request an upgrade.
