Iconnect thatch alarm system in fault - installer no longer trading - panic as no one has heard of this system after several rejections called suffolk fire and Security can’t attend until next weekend busy - I maybe able to fit you in tomorrow Saturday 8am sorted Mike arrives we climb into the roof (its a thatch alarm) all sorted mike arrives prepared , his research last night and the wonders of the internet. Fixed , tested we are happy Mike is happy. If only all engineers were as interested and proactive''
